Temporary Totes may collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery and pickup addresses, moving dates, access instructions, partner information, and messages submitted through website forms.
How information is used
Information is used to answer inquiries, confirm reservations, plan delivery and pickup routes, collect payment through a connected processor, send service updates, and maintain rental records.
Payment information
Payment information should be handled by a PCI-compliant payment provider such as Stripe, Square, or a booking platform. Temporary Totes should not store raw card numbers, full payment account numbers, or CVV codes on its own server.
Sharing
Temporary Totes does not sell customer information. Information may be shared with service providers needed to run booking, payment, messaging, analytics, or website hosting.
Retention
Rental records may be kept as needed for operations, accounting, tax, dispute, and insurance purposes.
