Ordinary wear
Light scratches, small scuffs, and normal signs of repeated moving use are expected and are not charged.
Chargeable damage
Chargeable damage includes cracked totes, broken lids, missing equipment, destroyed wheels, permanent marking, excessive tape residue, contamination, pest exposure, hazardous-material exposure, or items returned in unsanitary condition.

Inspection and documentation
Temporary Totes may count, inspect, and photograph returned items to document condition. Any charge will be based on the published fee schedule unless actual remediation cost is higher and documented.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for rental items from delivery until pickup is completed. Report lost or damaged items promptly so pickup and future reservations can be adjusted.
