Core-zone delivery and pickup are included for Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, Rathdrum, and Dalton Gardens, subject to route availability.
Extended delivery zone
Extended-zone addresses may be served for a $10-$35 fee depending on distance, route density, and schedule.
Delivery windows
Available windows are typically morning, midday, and afternoon. Evening delivery may be available by request.
Access instructions
Customers must provide gate codes, building entry details, parking instructions, stair or elevator information, pet notes, and any other details required for safe access.
Contactless delivery
Contactless delivery may be available when there is a safe, weather-appropriate, and accessible drop point.
Pickup preparation
Empty totes should be stacked near the front door, garage, driveway, loading area, or other agreed location. Remove all personal property, trash, liquids, and prohibited materials before pickup.
Unsafe or blocked pickup
If pickup cannot be completed because items are inaccessible, unsafe, missing, or not ready, extension or rescheduling fees may apply.
