Booking
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, especially during spring, summer, and early fall. Availability depends on inventory and delivery schedule.
Can I book same-day?
Sometimes. Same-day delivery depends on route availability and current inventory.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Not always. If there is a safe, accessible place to leave the totes, we can coordinate contactless delivery.
Pricing
Are reusable totes cheaper than cardboard boxes?
Basic cardboard boxes are usually cheaper if you only compare individual box price. Reusable totes are designed for customers who value delivery, pickup, no tape, no assembly, better stacking, and no leftover cardboard pile.
Is delivery included?
Delivery and pickup are included inside the core service zone. Extended-zone fees may apply outside that area.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Rental term
How long do I keep the totes?
The standard rental term is 7 days.
What if I need more time?
Contact us before your pickup date. Extensions are available when inventory allows.
What happens if I return totes late?
Late returns may be charged as an extension or late fee because the inventory may already be reserved for another customer.
Damage and loss
What if a tote gets scratched?
Normal wear is expected and is not charged.
What if I lose or break a tote?
Lost, stolen, destroyed, or unusually damaged items are charged according to the published replacement schedule.
Can I put liquids or chemicals in the totes?
Hazardous chemicals, fuel, and anything unsanitary are not allowed. Ordinary liquids can be packed, but totes are not leak-proof, so pack them at your own risk. See our full list of what's good to pack for details.
Can I pack firearms or ammunition?
Yes. Firearms and ammunition are welcome - just transport them unloaded and secured.
Delivery and pickup
Where should I put the empty totes for pickup?
Stack them near the front door, garage, driveway, or another agreed pickup location.
Can pickup and delivery addresses be different?
Yes, but fees may apply depending on location.
Do you deliver to apartments?
Yes. Please provide building access, parking instructions, stairs/elevator details, and gate codes.
